To make it easy to find your way around the site, Navigation Bars have been included on ALL pages, except the Home page..
HOME PAGE
The site, in common with most web-sites, has a Home page, from where you obtained the link to get to this Help Page.
The Site contains several Sections, which are listed in a menu on the left-hand side of the Home page. These can be reached by moving your mouse over a Section, whereby the bowl object turns from black to red, and the text changes to maroon. Click on the Section to go to that Section.
SECTION PAGES
Notice that the tri-angular coloured ‘flash’ on each side of the Page Header is light purple. This indicates that the page is a Section Index, or single Section page.
In the centre of the Heading, below the text, there is a single or double navigation bar. Move your mouse over the Navigation Bar, and there will be a drop-down menu. Move you mouse over a menu item (keeping your mouse within the menu area), the menu item will change colour - click to select.
There is always one marked ‘Home’. ‘Home’ bars display all the other Sections, plus HOME. Click on Section menu item to go to that Section. You can also return to the ‘Home’ Page by just clicking on the Navigation bar.
Some Sections contain one or more Pages, covering specific topics within that Section - these are termed Sub-Section Pages. Where there are sub-pages in the Section, there will be a second navigation bar marked with that Section. The Section bar displays a list of all sub-section pages. Click on menu item to go to that Sub-Section Page.
For the purposes of Navigation, this Help page can be considered as a Section Page
