A game played at Fosseway B.C., because it is understood that a hot-air balloon crash-landed on Prattens' green. Ashcombe BC hope the Club can resume playing on their green as early as possible. Although Ashcombe lost this match, the game was enjoyed; the return fixture is on 28 May. "Templars" 85 : St. ANDREWS 47  Men’s Friendly (Home: 10 May)
A fixture that was originally a league match against St. Andrews “Trojans”, was reduced to a four-rink friendly.  St. Andrews “Spartans” needed to take players from their ‘Trojans’ team, which left their ‘B’ side with insufficient players to form a team; consequently they had to withdraw from the league.  Ashcombe wish to thank the Members of St. Andrews for honouring the fixture and playing a match.
